Hi,

Great job on these updated installers! I am currently running Windows XP in a virtual environment on my Mac (using Parallels desktop). It usually performs quite well, but unfortunately, I do have that "black box" around the cursor and I don't seem to be able to fix it. Being that this is an emulated windows environment, there's not much I can do about drivers and such.

I was wondering if you could give me the last version of the installer before you started using hardware acceleration for the mouse cursor? I'm hoping that that will cure my problem. Otherwise, the game looks beautiful, almost as if it were created within the past couple of years.

All you may need to do is to change your color depth. See this thread. On a side note, does Parallels give you DirectX? This is a real drawback with almost all emulators. You might be better off with Boot Camp.
