installer worked well but

I installed the game on my xp & win 7 & so far after trying it out for about 5 min. the game is working fine, but I was wondering if the two problems that other players had were solved? ie/ crashing in the water & not being able to put the password in the computer near the end of the game.

The author of the installers has not been active here in quite some time. If has looked at it, he has not updated anything here.
