Multiplayer pop up auto close issue

i am having a issue were when i play on my lan. when we get in game the pop up massages(ex the pop up to make a alliance) auto close this is issue only happens when i have the siege pack installed lor2 without siege pack dose not have this issue

just to add in both games my multiplayer is in a different lang

I too with multiplayer have the popup problem :-/ Any ideas on getting that to stop?
